Designed for Alignment
Align is a light, open, and warm studio space designed to help you feel calm and at ease from the moment you arrive. Natural light and thoughtful details create an inviting environment where you can slow down and focus on yourself. Our goal is to help you feel aligned in your body and mind. We offer small group classes using Omnana equipment for a more personal and supportive experience. The studio also includes a private bathroom, storage for coats and shoes, a water refill station, and complimentary snacks so you can feel comfortable and at home. Everyone is welcome at Align.

Sustainable Practice
We use mats, hand weights and Pilates balls from Omnana, a brand known for combining thoughtful design with sustainability. Their equipment is made using high-quality, durable materials and responsibly sourced components, helping to reduce waste through longevity while providing comfort, support and performance in every session. Our bathroom products are provided by Daye, a sustainable period care company offering organic, toxin-free essentials. Daye’s products are made from certified organic cotton without harmful chemicals, supporting both personal health and environmental responsibility. The Neighborhood
After your morning flow, step right out into the Old Town. Grab a coffee at the nearby cafés or take a stroll by the lake, just a 2-minute walk away.
