Running is linear. Pilates is multi-dimensional. Together, they make the perfect pair. We see so many runners with 'gluteal amnesia'—where the hip flexors take over the work the glutes should be doing.

The 90/90 Stretch

Sit on the floor with one leg bent at 90 degrees in front and one behind. This tests both internal and external rotation. If this is painful, your stride length is likely compromised.

Strength > Stiffness
