Articulation is Key
The Teaser isn't a static hold; it's a rolling movement. We articulate the spine up bone by bone. If your spine is stiff, your abs have to work twice as hard.
Start Small
Don't rush to the full V-shape. Start with knees bent and feet on the floor. Master the "C-Curve" of the lower spine first. This is where the true strength lies—in the deep, scoop of the abdominals, not the gripping of the thighs.
