The Evening Wind Down: 10 Minutes to Calm

The transition from "doing" to "being" is the hardest part of the day. Instead of scrolling until your eyes close, try dedicating the last 10 minutes of your day to your nervous system.

Legs Up The Wall

It's a classic for a reason. Lie on the floor (or bed) and rest your legs vertically against the wall. This mild inversion facilitates venous return and instantly lowers heart rate.

Body Scan

Starting from your toes, consciously tense and then release each muscle group. By the time you reach your jaw and eyes, you'll feel significantly heavier and softer. Sweet dreams.
